Shipping Policy

Destinations & Rates
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. We charge a flat shipping rate of $2.95 with full order tracking.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days prior to dispatch (excluding weekends).

  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes 5 to 10 business days for all supported countries (United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand).

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, an automated email notification containing your tracking number will be sent to you. If you do not receive a tracking number or experience issues using it, please email supportdermave@gmail.com.

Lost Packages & Delays
External factors such as customs processing and holiday seasons may occasionally cause shipping delays.

If your package is delayed or gets lost in transit, contact us at supportdermave@gmail.com. For lost items, we offer two options:

  • A full refund back to your original payment method.

  • A free replacement shipment dispatched to your address (arriving within 7 to 10 days).
