Section 14 – Auto-Renewal & Subscription Cancellation
This section applies to Dermave subscription and replenishment orders.

  • Automatic Renewal: Each subscription order automatically renews until cancelled. Your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis prior to your scheduled shipping date, including applicable shipping fees and taxes.

  • Pausing Orders: To pause your subscription for a period of 1 to 3 months, email supportdermave@gmail.com. You will not be charged during a pause period.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing supportdermave@gmail.com. Cancellation requests may take up to five (5) business days to process.
